Oops I missed the beginning of Lent! I set myself a challenge, instead of giving up something, I will be proactive about something. So for the next month leading up to Easter I will attempt to post everyday about things I have recently discovered and would love to share.
I went across to Melbourne two weeks ago to attend a letterpress printing workshop (I will write more about it in the next post). I studied many years back in Melbourne, and every time I am back in the city I get a little nostalgic but at the same time I try to venture out to the places I have never visited before. This trip, I was able to catch up with many friends as well as participate in the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival and Moomba. It was great being amongst the vibrant atmosphere... and trying out the different foods available. Oh by the way, this city is huge on their coffees!
